First things first…Breakfast Burritos!!! This week, we are introducing our newest vendor, Local Fare, owned by husband and wife team Nichelle Watts-Rivera and James Rivera. They will be using Liberty Hill’s eggs as well as other products from the market to create their burritos. I can’t wait for Saturday to sip some of Hondo’s coffee and eat a freshly cooked breakfast Burrito while I’m hanging out at the market. Breakfast is my favorite meal and I have felt deprived of protein on Saturday. So get in line behind me!
WE WILL NOT BE AT HERITAGE DAY tomorrow but will be back at our sweet spot, under the trees at Purcellville Town Hall.  Sorry for the confusion.  The Heritage Day folks decided that we would be in the way during their setup since we start at 10:00 and they start at 12.  Since we are all about our customers and the bulk of y’all shop at the market between 10 and 12, we just can’t start that late. Anyway, we hope you attend both events as honoring Purcellville’s Heritage is important to our community!!! Some of our vendors will be there, such as North Gate and  Fabbioli Cellars (in the Wine Garden) and Lothar will be at Heritage Day and not at the market.Â
On a lighter note, check out a new video that my son Gus made of the market for our You-Tube Channel, it’s pretty awesome! GUARANTEED to make you smile….If you like it, let us know and I’ll pass the word on to Gus…he’ll be making and posting more videos as the season progresses.

DON’T FORGET!!!! I’m STILL bugging everybody to donate to the Purcellville Community Market’s grass roots effort to raise funds to finish The Last Hardware Store, a beautiful documentary about one of our hometown treasures, Nichol’s Hardware. If you didn’t read last week’s market e-mail where I made a compelling case as to why donating to the completion of this movie is a GREAT IDEA, or you just want to refresh your memory, click here!  Thanks to those of you who have already donated!! Through $25-$100 dollar donations we’ve managed to raise almost $800 through contributions from PCM as well as customers like you! The film will play at the Bush Tabernacle Satufday night at 7:00! The film isn’t finished yet and those who donate will have their name added to the credits.
Here’s who is at the market this week.
